By accessing or using FreelanceRank ("the Service") at https://freelancerank.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreelanceRank is a freelancer profile optimization platform that provides professional audits, conversion analysis, and actionable recommendations for Upwork and Fiverr profiles. The Service is offered as-is and is intended for informational and optimization purposes.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Plans and Payments

  • Free Plan: Available to all users with no payment required. Limited to basic audit features.
  • Pro Audit: A one-time payment providing full access to all audit features, rewrites, and analysis tools. Not a subscription — you pay once and keep access permanently.
  • Expert Review: A one-time manual review service delivered within 48 hours. Pricing is displayed at checkout in your local currency.
  • All fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout (INR for Indian users, local currency for others).
  • Prices are subject to change. Changes do not affect purchases already made.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent profile content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's AI models or outputs at scale.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to compete directly with FreelanceRank by reselling or repackaging outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

The FreelanceRank platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by FreelanceRank. AI-generated audit content produced for your profile is licensed to you for personal use. You retain ownership of any original profile content you submit.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Audit results and recommendations are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. Results may vary and we make no guarantee that following our recommendations will result in specific outcomes on freelancing platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreelanceRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may cancel your account at any time through our contact form.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the platform.
